Brand-Specific Policies

Each brand listed on Jeeves has its own return and refund policy, which is outlined on the individual product page. Please review this information before placing an order. Some items may be eligible for a refund or exchange, while others may be final sale.

How to Request a Refund

If you’d like to request a refund or report an issue with your order:

 

  • Contact us at info@thejeeves.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, product name, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  • We will liaise with the brand on your behalf and guide you through the next steps.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions, as determined by the brand:

 

  • The product arrived damaged or faulty

  • The product is significantly different from its description

  • The brand offers a change-of-mind return policy (where stated)

 

 

Items must generally be returned unused and in original packaging. We will confirm any specific requirements based on the brand’s policy.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

 

  • Personalized or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods

  • Items marked as final sale

 

 

This will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.

Processing Time

Once a return is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Unless the product was faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. We’ll confirm shipping instructions once your return is approved.
